ORGANIZATIONAL BIOS

HEAD COACH- TIM SHEELEY

Cedar Hill Girls Softball Association (TX) Board Member for eight years where he served the community as President, Treasurer, and Fastpitch Director for an organization dedicated to teaching softball to Recreational Leagues, Competitive Travel Teams, High School Teams, and College Preparatory programs.

 

Recreational League Coach for eight years where he taught basic fundamentals to beginning players.  He coached girls from 4 to 8 years old that were looking to test out the sport to determine their interest.  He also taught girls from 9 to 15 years old that were seeking to prepare themselves to play high school softball or get skilled enough to join a travel ball team.

 

Founder and manager of USSSA Pride-Sheeley organization committed to playing top tier tournament softball.  Qualified and successfully competed in three USSSA Orlando, FL World Series and several National Championships; winning one 12U USSSA Fastpitch National Championship.

 

USSSA Pride-Sheeley College Softball Preparatory Program committed to providing all players with an opportunity to best position themselves to be recruited to play college softball.  Over twenty USSSA Pride-Sheeley players  were recruited to play college ball over a three year period.  Built the reputation with college coaches in four states that USSSA Pride-Sheeley was the softball organization to go to for players in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. 

 

Coached the Cedar Hill High School varsity and junior varsity teams during Fall Seasons for three years.  He was requested to coach Northeast Hurricanes 10U team out of Seaport upon my arrival in NH.  He turned down this offer in order to coach girls in Souhegan Valley.

 

He has extensively studied the skills and strategies of softball for the last twelve years.  He has attended coaches camps held by some of the most successful college coaches in the country.    He has built very successful, large softball organizations with impeccable reputations over the past five years.  A job change in 2017 brought him to New Hampshire.  He has now closed down his Texas teams and am looking to continuing coaching softball here in Souhegan Valley, NH.  He has completed ASA, USSSA, VTD, NAYS & Babe Ruth League Coach Training Certifications, and has always been in good standing with each of these governing bodies.
